Just wanted to share my screenplay 'InThe House That Elle Built' made semifinals in the drama competition.
It took a lot for me to write this screenplay, it comes from deep inside and in so happy for it to place this far.

Today has been a thrilling day! My brand new comedy feature screenplay, "Melanie Vs. The Demon's Vengeance" was named a Quarterfinalist in the Emerging Screenwriters Comedy Screenplay Competition and my drama TV Pilot script, "Uptown" was named a Finalist in the Anarchists United Writers Discovery Fellowship!

Happy to report that my script 'DUE' is moving forward for consideration for an OWA. It was also requested by a pro when I submitted a written pitch a few weeks ago (yet to hear back). Nice little injection of validation for the new year.
I'm sharing so others can see that submitting/pitching does sometimes yield results.
