  by LWF Director/writer/DOP A cross-section of a neighborhood over the course of 3 years as it undergoes change for a better community from a pariah and model after the UK's REGENT PARK. We trace the model in the UK to the 1940s post war experiment. This is a personal observation than a diary of a place that I almost a 1000 people call home. We examine the area from teachers who want to teach there to reflect the ethnicity they never seen growing up to people who celebrate hope through beautifying their gardens to 2nd generation hopes and dreams that are only possible in a place called REGENT PARK. These are the Phases of Our LIVES.
