Richard "RB" Botto Founder & CEO

Richard "RB" Botto is the Founder and CEO of Stage 32, the global online platform and marketplace created to democratize the entertainment industry. By leveling the playing field for film, television, and digital content creators worldwide, Stage 32 provides direct access, networking, and education beyond traditional gatekeepers. Since its launch in 2011, the Stage 32 community has grown to over one million entertainment professionals across more than 185 countries and has developed the world's largest educational library for entertainment, featuring over 3,000 hours of exclusive classes and webinars taught by leading executives, producers, and creators from across the industry.

In addition to leading Stage 32, RB is an accomplished producer, writer, and actor. His producing credits include the Sundance award-winning film Another Happy Day, written and directed by Euphoria creator Sam Levinson, as well as What Lies Ahead starring Rumer Willis and Emma Dumont, and Rain Beau's End starring Ed Asner and Sean Young. He serves as Executive Producer on Alix (Catalyst Studios), After All (starring Erika Christensen), and Paradise Falls: A Christmas Story (Cafe Cinema Costa Rica), as well as Vagic (Gidden Media) and My Clone's an A**hole (National Lampoon). Through Stage 32, he has also helped incubate numerous projects including Chick Fight (starring Malin Akerman and Alec Baldwin, produced by Yale Productions and Ramo Law), 10-31 (produced by Eli Roth and Orion Pictures), Crushed (Tubi), Neighborhood Watch (starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Jack Quaid), and No Address (starring William Baldwin).

As an actor, RB began his career in New York theater and continues to perform in film and television. He recently starred alongside Academy Award-nominated actress Abigail Breslin in A Good Fight.

Amanda Toney Managing Director

Amanda Toney is the Managing Director of Stage 32, the world's largest online platform connecting and educating film, television, and digital media professionals. In her role, Amanda oversees global operations and partnerships, leading initiatives that empower over one million creatives worldwide. She has produced more than 3,000 hours of exclusive online education for Stage 32, collaborating with hundreds of top executives, producers, agents, and managers from across the entertainment industry who serve as educators and mentors to the Stage 32 community.

Amanda has spearheaded partnerships with some of the most prestigious organizations and brands in the industry, including Netflix, Canon, the Cannes Film Festival Marché du Film, SXSW, the American Film Market, Austin Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival, Hollyshorts Film Festival, the Producers Guild of America (PGA), Writers Guild of America (WGA), and Directors Guild of America (DGA), as well as leading companies such as AT&T, Peerspace, Pond5, Mandy, Bondit Media Capital, and Tito's Handmade Vodka, the official vodka of Stage 32.

As a producer, Amanda's work spans television, film, and international co-productions. She recently sold a scripted television series to Amblin Television, attaching an A-list showrunner from a hit Apple series, and also sold a premium unscripted show to USA Network. Her film credits include Alix (Catlyst Studios, filmed in Colombia), Paradise Falls: A Christmas Story (filmed in Costa Rica), After All (starring Erika Christensen) What Lies Ahead starring Rumer Willis and Emma Dumont, Metaphorms, a Hungarian film that premiered at the Raindance Film Festival, and Dolphin Girl, which premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Hollyshorts Film Festival. She also helped incubate Chick Fight (starring Malin Akerman, Alec Baldwin, and Bella Thorne) and 10-31, produced by Eli Roth and Orion Pictures. Amanda currently serves as Executive Producer on Vagic with Amy Baer at Gidden Media and My Clone's an A*Hole with National Lampoon.

Mitch Lusas serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Stage 32, where he leads the design and development of the platform's technology infrastructure—fusing storytelling and innovation to empower creatives worldwide. Leveraging over 15 years of experience building platforms across games, AI/machine learning, and entertainment tech, Mitch brings a deep understanding of how to translate creative opportunity into scalable, user-centric systems.

Before joining Stage 32, Mitch held senior roles at Coverfly (including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product) where he helped pioneer talent-discovery and analytics tools for screenwriters and industry professionals alike. His background also includes work for major entertainment platforms—such as Netflix and Disney—where his focus was applying data and product thinking to creative workflows and discovery systems.

At Stage 32, Mitch is responsible for architecting the systems that support the company's large-scale community of writers, filmmakers, and creatives. Highlights under his tenure include the launch of the Global Screenwriting Contest Hub designed to connect writers with one of the broadest networks of industry mentors and executives. With Mitch at the helm of technology, Stage 32 is positioned to blend entertainment craft with cutting-edge tech—and to build tools that not only serve creatives today but anticipate what the industry needs next.

Geoffroy Faugerolas
Geoffroy Faugerolas Director of Development Services

Geoffroy Faugérolas (Geoff) is the Director of Development Services at Stage 32, where he oversees a robust global marketplace that includes multiple screenwriting contests, script services, and industry opportunities for Stage 32's community of over 1.3 million creatives. In his role, Geoff leads the company's development strategy—scouting emerging talent, discovering and packaging projects, and facilitating connections between writers and top executives, producers, and managers across the entertainment industry.

A seasoned writer, director, and producer, Geoff previously spearheaded writer advocacy, industry outreach, and packaging at Coverfly, the industry's largest database of writers and intellectual property. There, he helped create opportunities for more than 800 writers and scouted material for thousands of companies, including I Am Not Alone, the record-breaking short story sold to Netflix. Earlier in his career, Geoff produced and directed award-winning content for major record labels, Billboard-topping artists, Academy Award-qualifying festivals, and Fortune 500 companies, earning both Telly and ADDY Awards for his work. His writing credits include an episode of the Snapchat original series SOLVE and two episodes for an animated series produced by CTB, Russia's leading production company.

Currently, Geoff is developing a one-hour drama series with an established showrunner. He began his career in Motion Picture Development at Paramount Pictures, New Regency, and Lionsgate, followed by work in TV Production at Imagine Entertainment and International Television at ICM Partners. A frequent guest speaker at universities and industry events, Geoff holds an AFA in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy, a BFA in Communication & Media from Pepperdine University, and an MFA from UCLA's prestigious Producers Program.

Through his work at Stage 32, Geoff continues to champion writers and filmmakers worldwide—bridging creative vision and industry opportunity to help elevate the next generation of storytelling talent.

Samantha Rivera
Samantha Rivera Executive Coordinator

Samantha Rivera is the Executive Coordinator at Stage 32, where she works closely with hundreds of film, television, and digital media executives from around the world to facilitate education, mentorship, and development opportunities for the global Stage 32 community. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, Samantha plays a key role in coordinating high-level relationships between Stage 32's executives, instructors, and members—ensuring that every collaboration runs seamlessly and efficiently.

Before stepping into her leadership role at Stage 32, Samantha served as the Assistant to the Head of the Motion Picture Literary Department at Buchwald, where she honed her expertise in project management, creative development, and client relations. There, she supported top-tier talent, managed high-volume communications, and collaborated with agents, executives, and creatives to bring projects to life. Her background also includes experience at Circle of Confusion, where she contributed script coverage, casting breakdowns, and original pitch concepts, as well as time spent assisting in a television Writer's Room—pitching episode ideas and helping to shape an entire season.

Samantha's extensive background in both development and executive relations, combined with her passion for supporting creative professionals, makes her an integral part of Stage 32's mission to connect, educate, and empower entertainment industry talent worldwide.

Pat Alexander
Pat Alexander Writer Liaison

Pat Alexander is the Writer Liaison at Stage 32, where he works directly with thousands of screenwriters around the world, helping them develop their craft, elevate their projects, and connect with industry professionals. Through his hands-on approach and deep understanding of storytelling and the marketplace, Pat has played a key role in launching the careers of numerous writers, guiding them as they've secured representation, landed development deals, and moved their scripts into production.

Before becoming Writer Liaison, Pat served as Stage 32's Contest Coordinator, where he helped oversee global screenwriting competitions that connected emerging writers with major producers, managers, and executives. His background also includes experience at Subconscious Films, where he worked as a Development Assistant, reading scripts, crafting pitch decks, and coordinating interviews for documentary projects, as well as serving as an Associate Producer on branded content campaigns. Earlier in his career, he was an Executive Assistant at Pierce Law Group, managing client relations, production logistics, and executive scheduling.

With his mix of creative insight, industry knowledge, and genuine dedication to helping writers succeed, Pat continues to be a driving force behind Stage 32's mission to connect talent with opportunity and empower storytellers to achieve their professional goals.

Erica Berry
Erica Berry Development Services Coordinator

Erica Berry is the Development Services Coordinator at Stage 32, where she has spent years cultivating relationships with hundreds of writers and executives across the global entertainment industry. In her role, Erica serves as a key liaison between creatives and industry professionals, assisting with Stage 32's full suite of development services—including pitch sessions, coverage, consultations, and mentorships. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail help ensure every writer and executive interaction is productive, seamless, and inspiring.

Before joining Stage 32, Erica built a successful career in the financial industry as both a Personal Financial Representative and a Senior Hiring Recruiter, where she developed exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Combining her background in business with her deep passion for the arts, Erica brings a unique balance of structure and creativity to her work. Outside of Stage 32, she is also a dedicated yoga instructor, teaching various forms of yoga and mindfulness practices that reflect her holistic approach to personal and professional growth.

Jaz Lagrimas
Jaz Lagrimas Development Services Assistant

Jaz Lagrimas is the Development Services Assistant at Stage 32, where she plays a key role in connecting writers with industry professionals across film, television, and digital media. She has worked with hundreds of writers and executives worldwide, helping facilitate pitch sessions, coordinate screenwriting contests, and organize meetings that lead to meaningful creative collaborations and career opportunities.

Jaz's work sits at the heart of Stage 32's mission to empower storytellers and bridge the gap between talent and the industry. With a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the creative process, she ensures every interaction—whether a pitch, contest, or mentorship meeting—runs smoothly and effectively. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail have made her a trusted liaison for both executives and emerging writers alike.

Jason Mirch
Jason Mirch Writer consultant

Jason Mirch is a feature film and television producer and executive with nearly 2 decades of experience.

In addition to his work with Stage 32 where he works with executives and writers from all over the world, Jason runs production and development for FearWorks - which produces low-budget Horror, Thriller, Suspense, and Sci-Fi features for an international audience. He also serves as a business advisor to a successful post production vfx company which contributed to The Peanut Butter Falcon, Crawl, Martin Scorsese's Silence, Arctic, and Let them Talk for Steven Soderbergh and HBO.

Jason is currently producing two supernatural horror features which is being sold internationally through the sales company AMP.

Previously his contributed to the production of a 3D animated feature film starring Jacob Tremblay, Emmy-winner Christopher Lloyd, Oscar-winner Mel Brooks, Emmy-winner Kenan Thompson, and Emmy-winner Carol Kane.

Mirch was the Head of Feature and Television Development at Image Nation, a finance and production company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. There, he supervised the Image Nation contributions in the development of Flight, The Help, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Contagion, Careful What You Wish For, Ghost Rider 2, and 100 Foot Journey.

Prior to his work at Image Nation, Mirch was Co-Head of Development at Storyline Entertainment (Oscar-winning Chicago, Footloose, The Bucket List) where he developed a slate of feature film projects for New Line, Paramount, Summit Ent., and CBS/Paramount. He also developed and sold television projects and mini-series to CBS, NBC, Fox, ABC, and Lifetime.

He has lectured on all areas of filmmaking, speaking on panels at the Producers Guild of America, Austin Film Festival, the Harvard Screenwriting Group, American Film Market, University of Southern California Film School, Chapman University School of Film & Television, NYU, as well as several international film festivals and markets. In addition, he has consulted brands, including Burberry and Creative Artists Agency.

Mirch graduated Cum Laude from Chapman University’s School of Film and Television, where he received a B.F.A., in Film Production, with an emphasis in Writing and Directing. He was mentored by Academy Award Winning Writer/Director David S. Ward and is the winner of Chapman University Student Filmmaker Award, for Best Director for his film Ally.

Ashley Renee Smith
Ashley Renee Smith Head of Community

Ashley Smith is the Community Executive & Member Liaison here at Stage 32!

Prior to joining the incredible team at Stage 32, Ashley spent nearly 7 years at a boutique development and talent management company where she was deeply involved with every development project, management client, and administrative aspect of running the company. She oversaw a rich development slate of films, ongoing series, and limited series across genres and developed projects for Amazon, Sony TV, FX, Universal TV, Paramount TV, Legendary Global, MGM, Concord Originals, and many others.

Ashley was directly involved in acquiring the rights to a global bestselling book that she helped develop as a series adaptation that was successfully pitched and sold to MGM and FX. She had the honor of developing with some of the top screenwriters and best-selling authors in the business, providing thoughtful notes to improve all documents, pitch materials, and script drafts.

In her free time, Ashley works as a script and development consultant, helping screenwriters discover their voices and polish their material.

Kay Ross
Kay Ross Community Manager

Kay Ross is a producer, screenwriter, and actor who started her career doing theatre in her hometown of Washington, D.C. After attending Colorado Film School and receiving her B.F.A. in Film and Video Production, she worked in production for various networks, including Investigation Discovery, Food Network, and BBC America. While being groomed to become a production manager, Kay never stopped writing and producing short films. She relocated to Los Angeles to change her career projection to focus more on creative roles.

Since moving in 2019, she has written several short films, developed a coming-of-age television pilot set at the Renaissance Festival, worked on a dozen television shows, and launched "The Pre-Pro Podcast" aimed at teenagers interested in meeting mentors in the media industry. She enjoys martial arts, exploring culture through food, and traveling (when it is safe to do so). She loves opportunities to work with inclusive, diverse, and driven professionals, especially on projects based on true events or scientific research. She is actively looking for more opportunities to do voice-over acting, and in the new year, she is excited to direct her calling card short.

As the Community Manager for Stage 32, Kay loves to help connect creatives to resources, upcoming opportunities, and other potential professionals through the Stage 32 lounges. Sam Sokolow Head of Certification

Sam Sokolow is the Head of Certification at Stage 32, where he leads the company's groundbreaking credentialing programs designed to train and certify the next generation of below-the-line professionals for the global film and television industry. A two-time Emmy-nominated producer, Sam brings decades of experience as a creator, executive producer, and educator, blending his deep industry knowledge with his passion for workforce development and opportunity in entertainment.

Before joining Stage 32, Sam served as an Executive Producer on the critically acclaimed limited series GENIUS for National Geographic, which was nominated for multiple Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Limited Series. The franchise, produced in partnership with Imagine Entertainment, has gone on to chronicle the lives of historical icons like Albert Einstein, Pablo Picasso, and Aretha Franklin, earning worldwide recognition. Sam has also produced a wide range of scripted and unscripted projects across networks and platforms, working with major studios and top creative talent throughout his career.

At Stage 32, Sam oversees the development and expansion of the Stage 32 Certification Program, which partners with film commissions, production companies, and regional governments around the world to train and credential film and TV professionals to international production standards. His leadership bridges creative and technical disciplines, ensuring that participants not only gain practical skills but also access real-world opportunities within Stage 32's global entertainment ecosystem.

David Zannoni
David Zannoni Certification - International Liaison

David Zannoni is an international executive, producer and industry consultant who's worked in entertainment for almost two decades. His experience spans a wide variety of areas including film and television development and executive production, collection account management and escrow. He has been involved in over 300 film and television productions worldwide.

David has spoken all over the world for entertainment industry organizations such as Stage 32, National Association of Latino Independent Producers in the US (NALIP), the Winston Baker Film Finance Conferences, the Rio Film Market and the Bogota Audiovisual Market (BAM). He is an international consultant for Freeway Entertainment, global leader in collection account management. David has also worked together with Balassa Films, Visualnet and other production companies and organizations.

David serves as the president of the Mexican Chamber of the Film Industry (CANACINE) in the State of Quintana Roo, also known as the Mexican Caribbean, where he resides and runs his business and from where he provides his global consultancy services to Stage 32 and others.

David is frequently present at film markets and festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, the American Film Market (AFM) and the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).

A Dutch-Italian citizen born in the Netherlands and currently residing in Mexico, David is fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Italian, and basic in German.

Sara Elizabeth Timmins
Sara Elizabeth Timmins Education Producer

Sara Elizabeth Timmins is Stage 32's Education Producer, where she brings her extensive experience as a veteran film and television producer and independent filmmaker coach to empower creatives around the world. With a career dedicated to impactful storytelling, Sara Elizabeth was part of the producing team for the Emmy-nominated HBO series McMillions, produced by Mark Wahlberg's production company. She founded her company, Life Out Loud Films, to create inspiring, high-quality projects that champion women, with her films having aired on HBO, The Hallmark Channel, Starz, Showtime, and internationally. Her work has featured award-winning talent including Jane Seymour, Ellen Burstyn, Chris Cooper, Josh Lucas, and Mackenzie Foy, as well as writers like New York Times Best-Selling Author David Baldacci.

Sara Elizabeth has spoken around the world about the entertainment industry, including at the Cannes Film Festival Marché du Film, FilmTT in Trinidad and Tobago, and the Black Nights Film Festival in Estonia. Guided by her belief that film has the power to "spark conversations that inspire action and ignite change," she continues to champion the next generation of storytellers through her work with Stage 32 Education.

Sydney Summers
Sydney Summers Education Marketing Coordinator

Sydney Summers is the Education Marketing Coordinator at Stage 32, where she collaborates with hundreds of industry educators and thousands of students around the world to bring high-quality, career-focused education to creatives in film, television, and digital media. Passionate about connecting people through learning, Sydney plays a key role in promoting Stage 32's global education initiatives and ensuring each program empowers the next generation of storytellers.

Before joining Stage 32, Sydney worked in production management and coordination for White Label Television Productions, contributing to projects for FOX, Amazon Prime Video, ABC, iHeart, Hulu, Paramount+, and USA Network. Her work was featured in Deadline for her contributions to a production team that included former Netflix physical production executives and senior studio leaders. With a deep appreciation for creativity, collaboration, and community, Sydney brings her production background and marketing expertise together to help Stage 32 continue inspiring and educating filmmakers worldwide.

James Lagrimas
James Lagrimas Education Assistant

James Lagrimas is the Education Assistant at Stage 32, where he is passionate about providing a world-class experience for members participating in Stage 32's global education programs. Dedicated to supporting filmmakers, writers, and creatives at every level, James works closely with the Education team to ensure each webinar, class, and workshop delivers exceptional value, seamless organization, and meaningful engagement for the Stage 32 community.

James began his journey at Stage 32 on the Development Services team, where he assisted writers and executives with questions and coordination for their Pitch Sessions. As a moderator, he helped manage hundreds of sessions—ensuring they ran smoothly, efficiently, and on time for both the creative community and the executives in attendance. His professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail made him an invaluable bridge between talent and industry mentors.

Prior to joining Stage 32, James gained experience as a Community Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and member support. Today, he brings that same dedication to the Stage 32 Education Department, ensuring that every member's learning experience is inspiring, enriching, and expertly executed.

Brandy Camille
Brandy Camille Member Help Team

Brandy Camille is a proud member of Stage 32's Member Help Team, where she brings her enthusiasm for film, music, and community to creatives around the world. Growing up not far from Hollywood, Brandy developed a deep love for cinema spanning generations—from the classics of the early 20th century to today's most celebrated films. She believes in the power of storytelling to connect people and is passionate about helping Stage 32 members find the tools and support they need to grow in their creative journeys.

With a lifelong appreciation for music and film—two art forms she calls her "lifelines"—Brandy finds inspiration in the work of composers like Danny Elfman, John Williams, and Hans Zimmer. Her greatest joy comes from being part of a vibrant, global network of artists and filmmakers, helping each member feel seen, supported, and empowered to bring their creative dreams to life.

Laquan Copeland
Laquan Copeland Member Help Team

Laquan Copeland is part of the Stage 32 Member Help Team, where he brings his creativity, industry insight, and passion for storytelling to support filmmakers, writers, and artists around the world. In addition to helping members navigate the platform, Laquan also moderates Stage 32 Pitch Sessions, connecting writers directly with hundreds of development executives, producers, and managers who serve as mentors to the Stage 32 community.

An accomplished actor and director in animation, Laquan's screen credits include Midas (STARZ), The Dirty South (PRIME), and Nineteen Summers, as well as appearances in Grown-ish (ABC) and Issa Rae's Project Greenlight (HBOMAX). Behind the camera, he's directed viral animated content for Warner Bros. and Bleacher Report, including the LeBron James Animation Coronation with over 10 million views. As the creator of allblackanime and Soturi, Laquan is dedicated to championing bold, diverse stories—and he brings that same creative energy to every member he helps within the Stage 32 community.

Nate Witty
Nate Witty Full Stack Engineer

Nate Witty is a Full Stack Engineer at Stage 32 whose journey from actor to technologist gives him a unique edge in building entertainment-centric digital experiences. After starting his career in front of the camera, Nate discovered a passion for how storytelling meets technology and shifted his focus toward engineering—drawing from his early experience in performance and production to inform the user-centric design of tools for creatives.

Before joining Stage 32, Nate worked at Coverfly, where he helped develop and enhance the platform connecting writers with industry professionals, further bridging the gap between creativity and technology. In his current role, Nate helps architect and deliver the full-stack infrastructure that powers Stage 32's vibrant global community. With a background that spans both entertainment and software development, he's committed to building intuitive, high-performing systems that empower writers, filmmakers, and artists to bring their visions to life.

Oliver Heck
Oliver Heck Director of IT

Oliver has two decades of experience building, operating, and scaling IT platforms for various industries, including Europe's largest student platform. Together with his team, he is responsible for evolving the Stage 32 ecosystem. Oliver is based in Southern Oregon.

Andreas Przywara
Andreas Przywara Solution Architect

Andreas is responsible for designing and modernizing the infrastructure and software architecture at Stage 32. As an AWS expert with twenty years of professional experience, he can leverage the full power of the cloud to bring in new technologies and run services at a large scale to meet the growing demands of the Stage 32 platform. Andreas is based in Duesseldorf, Germany.

She is also a Certified Advanced Quickbooks ProAdvisor.

Andrea is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class XXVII and has held various non-profit board positions over the years.

In her “spare” time, Andrea enjoys Pilates, spending time with family, two chocolate labs and being outdoors.

Amy Baer's experience in the entertainment Industry uniquely spans major studios, independent financiers, and producing. Collectively, the films she has supervised and/or produced have grossed nearly $2 billion in worldwide box office. Her first film as a producer was the 2013 hit LAST VEGAS (starring Michael Douglas, Robert DeNiro, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline) which grossed $136MM worldwide.

In 2012, Baer raised a 7 figure development fund and launched Gidden Media, a content incubation and production company. Its first film, the romantic drama MARY SHELLEY, starring Elle Fanning (THE BEGUILED) and directed by Haifaa Al Mansour (WADJDA), had its World Premiere at the 2017 Toronto Film Festival. It was released by IFC in May 2018.

GM’s next film, the inspirational true story BRIAN BANKS, had its World Premiere at the LA FILM FESTIVAL on September 22nd, 2018, and won the LAFF Audience Award. Starring Aldis Hodge (UNDERGROUND), Oscar-nominee Greg Kinnear (LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE) and directed by Tom Shadyac (BRUCE ALMIGHTY),) the film tells the story of Brian Banks, an all-American high-school football player committed to USC by his junior year, whose life was upended in 2002 when falsely accused of rape. Before starting her own company, Baer served as President & CEO of CBS Films (2007-2011), launching the division for CBS Corp. Baer spent the previous 17 years at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she oversaw such hit films as 1997’s MY BEST FRIEND’S WEDDING, Oscar nominated ADAPTATION (2001), S.W.A.T. (2002), SOMETHING’S GOTTA GIVE (2003), and the 2006 holiday hit THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS, which earned Will Smith an Oscar nomination. She also developed the 2011 Oscar-nominated Sony hit MONEYBALL, starring Brad Pitt. She began her career at Creative Artists Agency in 1988 as an assistant to the late Jay Moloney.

Angela Molloy is WE tv’s vice president of development, based in the network’s Los Angeles office. She works closely with west coast based production partners and agencies to find fresh new unscripted programming for the network. She is currently an Executive Producer on WE tv series L.A. Hair, Marriage Boot Camp, and Bridezillas.

Prior to WE tv, Molloy worked as a production, development and acquisitions executive. She was a freelance showrunner with co-executive producer credits on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles for Bravo, A Sale of Two Cities for HGTV, Extreme Homes for Discovery Channel, and served as the executive producer for Mansion Hunters on Reelz Channel.

She also produced a number of pilots and series for a variety of networks including OWN (Life with La Toya), TLC (Maria and Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta), Esquire, A&E, and HGTV (Room Crashers).

In 2008, Molloy finished a one-year run with the TLC cable network as a Director of Programming. She took pitches for the network and helped oversee production on a number of new series and event specials including The Miss America Pageant. This marked a return to TLC after Molloy spent four years at the corporate headquarters in Maryland as an acquisitions and development manager.

Prior to joining the LA-based TLC team, Molloy was vice president of international at 3Ball Productions. In just over two years, she helped develop and produce Scott Baio is 45…And Single, The Pick Up Artist, and I Know My Kid’s a Star for VH1; and multiple pilots and development projects for Fox, Sci Fi, HGTV, Bravo, Comedy Central, E!, and syndicated shows. She was also the primary liaison with Eyeworks International. Traveling to MIP and other markets, she handled all US development of Eyeworks’ international formats – adapting them for US pitch. She also pitched 3Ball’s US projects in development to Eyeworks territories all over the world.

Molloy began her career with WETA-TV, the PBS affiliate and third largest producer of all national PBS programs. Molloy scheduled WETA’s daytime and acquired programming from other PBS stations and independent producers. She also worked at PBS’ headquarters in Alexandria, VA to help launch PBS Online’s Station Relations group. As the senior associate, she created and marketed online integration opportunities to all 349 PBS member stations.

Molloy holds a B.A. in Professional Writing and French from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

For 30 years as a producer Brad has worked in the acquisition of film properties to develop into motion picture screenplays; attachment of top tier talent to the package into motion pictures; the financing of the films; budgeting and overseeing the film production; marketing and distribution of the film.

Rule 1, 2 and 3 of producing motion picture is to GET THE MONEY. Accomplishments: Produced over 40 motion pictures. Multiple festival and award winners at Sundance Film Festival, including Reese Witherspoon for Freeway - Best Actress, and Trees Lounge - Audience award for Steve Buscemi. Multiple Independent Spirit Nominations including Best Picture Monster. Academy Award Win for Charlize Theron Best Actress, Monster.

Brad has unique expertise resulting from his career successes in two major industries: film/television production and online finance (crowdfunding). After having a notable career as a producer of over 40 motion pictures, he then converged his talents to the online world by creating one of the first live stream TV stations.

When crowdfunding emerged, Brad secured financing of entertainment projects online. As vertical lead of film/tv/video at IndieGoGo, he tripled the contributions for the vertical to a high of 3 million per month. Going on to serve as Chief Crowdfunding Officer at FundAnything, Brad was responsible for back-to-back $1 million+ crowdfunding campaigns on a then brand new, unknown platform. At the time these were the 3rd and 4th highest raises for film in the crowdfunding space.

Brad was also instrumental in developing the start-up platform, Fanbacked, which specializes in curated entertainment crowdfunding campaigns. Chris Moore Chris Moore

Chris Moore is an Oscar-Nominated producer responsible for such films as Good Will Hunting, Manchester By The Sea, American Pie and Television shows such as Project Greenlight, The Chair and much, much more. Chris also serves on the National Board of Directors for the Producers Guild of America.

His impressive career spans decades on over 40 projects. As the co-creator of Project Greenlight with Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Sean Bailey. Chris began his career dedicating his life to creative pursuits and continues to do so to this day.

Moore graduated from Harvard University and began his career working at USA Network and as a talent agent.

Christopher Lockhart Christopher Lockhart

Christopher Lockhart is Hollywood’s foremost story professional. As Story Editor at WME, the world's largest diversified talent agency, Chris curates projects for A-list actors such as Denzel Washington, reading and exploring through piles of screenplays, magazines, books, old movies, TV shows, and pitches in search of potential film projects.

Chris began his career at International Creative Management (ICM), where he worked as script consultant to legendary talent agent Ed Limato, who represented industry giants such as Mel Gibson, Richard Gere, Michelle Pfeiffer, Liam Neeson, and Robert Downey, Jr. Chris later moved to the venerable William Morris Agency, which eventually merged with Endeavor to form WME.

As an educator and consultant, Chris has lectured around the world on the craft and business of screenwriting, and he has advised on countless feature films. Chris graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with an MFA in dramatic writing and was awarded the school's Public Service Prize for his dedication to public education. He is an adjunct professor at National University's Professional Screenwriting Program. He has also taught at LA Valley College and UCLA. His writing workshop The Inside Pitch was filmed for Los Angeles television, earning him an Emmy Award nomination. Chris's creative counsel has been used on many hit films such as the 2016 Sundance Film Festival sensation The Birth of a Nation.

Chris crossed over into film producing with the cult horror hit The Collector (2009) and its sequel The Collection (2012), which opened in the top ten box-office. He also wrote and produced the award winning documentary Most Valuable Players (2010) which was acquired by OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network), and that Matt Roush of TV Guide reviewed as the “Sleeper of the week...Charming and disarming…A genuine treat.” Chris has set up several other projects, including A Rhinestone Alibi at Paramount, and Crooked Creek, a modern noir thriller.

Conrad Vernon is an American director, writer, storyboard artist and voice over artist best known for his work on the DreamWorks animated film series Shrek as well as other films such as Monsters vs. Aliens, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted and Penguins of Madagascar. He also co-directed the adult animated film Sausage Party and the 2019 release of the animated movie The Addams Family.

Jérôme Paillard started his career as an oboist and as a producer and CFO of the French classical record company Erato. In 1991, he became General Manager of Erato Films alongside Daniel Toscan du Plantier where he executively produced over a dozen feature films. He joined the Festival de Cannes as Executive Director of the Marché du Film in November 1995 to oversee the development and management of what is now heralded as the world’s leading film market. He is also the Co-Director of Ventana Sur, the first market specialized in Latin-American films, and the founder of Cinando.com, a leading online resource, communication and screening platform for the industry.

 

Aleksandra Zakharchenko, Project Manager, Industry Programs

Aleksandra was born in Kiev, Ukraine. She started off working as a coordinator at numerous music and cinema festivals. After finishing her Master’s degree in International economics, she was working on the elaboration of solar energy systems in Crimea and southern parts of Ukraine.

In 2012 she moved to France to devote herself fully to the realm of cinema, working as a festival programmer in Nancy. For three years she was part of Nisi Masa’s team as European Short Pitch project coordinator. She has also written for the UK film platform, Film Debate, as a foreign film critic. After obtaining her second Master’s degree in Cultural Management, she began working at Institut Lumière. Then in 2017 she joined the Marché du Film, where she’s currently working on her third edition as Industry Programs project manager.

 

Charlotte Hurni, Project Manager, Cinando

Charlotte Hurni joined Cinando in August 2015, and is in charge of marketing & communication as well as partnerships. Holder of a master's degree in management of cultural organizations of Sciences Po, she has previously worked with international sellers (MK2, Indie Sales), distributors (Zeitgeist Films) and producers (Union Docs).

His “Stealing Thunder” series is an international thriller about an FBI agent stopping a legendary Russian spy to start World War III between China and the United States. His second novel, “A Cold Death” is in discussion for a TV Show in France. His third novel, “Journey” is almost finished for publication. Mandaville directed the short film, “The Big Bucks.” His short, “Winning the Race” was show at the Liberty Film Festival. The documentary “Guards of Honor” showed volunteer veterans at the Riverside National Cemetery. Qasim Basir Qasim Basir

Qasim Basir is an award-winning filmmaker whose first feature MOOZ-LUM was nominated for the NAACP Image Award. MOOZ-LUM stars Nia Long, Evan Ross & Danny Glover and is a coming-of-age tale about a Muslim boy going to college around the September 11 attacks. The film was released theatrically in 2011 and on additional platforms via Starz, Netflix and Amazon. The film gained international recognition, opening in over 25 countries.

Basir wrote and directed DESTINED, starring Cory Hardrict, Jesse Metcalfe, Margot Bingham, Hill Harper, Zulay Henao and La La Anthony. DESTINED premiered at the 2016 LA Film Festival, and has garnered numerous accolades including Best Director and Actor at the 2016 American Black Film Festival and Best Narrative Feature at Urbanworld that same year. Terence Blanchard has established himself as one of the most influential jazz musicians and film score masters of his generation, a member of a jazz legacy that has shaped the contours of modern jazz today.

Viviana Zarragoitia is the Senior Vice President of Three Point Capital. She began her career in the entertainment industry working in production accounting at Millennium Films and Bold Films.

She then spent 5 years at Lionsgate, where she started working in the accounting department and segued into the finance division, specifically, profit participation. While working in profit participation, she oversaw the preparation of multi-million dollar film and television distribution deals. She was then promoted to the group's audit division, where she managed film and television royalty audits of producers’ profit participation statements.

Almost a decade ago she joined Three Point Capital, a boutique firm that specializes in senior lending on film and television projects. While at Three Point Capital, Viviana has been involved in the financing of over 100 independent films, and worked with such producers as Cassian Elwes, Rob Barnum, Anthony Bregman, James Schamus, Aaron Gilbert, Kimberly Steward, Nicolas Chartier and Kevin Frakes, among others.

As Vice President, Viviana closes the financing on every film that the company is involved in, as well as manage the company's operations in its satellite offices (Ohio, Kentucky and Louisiana). Viviana has received over a dozen Executive Producers credits on titles she has financed. She only works on projects that already have financing attached.

She graduated Cum Laude with a double-major in Business and English from Loyola Marymount University.
