This book is a romance about two friends who hide their love behind friendship—until a bitter betrayal tears them apart. It's a story about class divide, family pressure, and second chances.

Congratulations, Christine! For a TV adaptation, one of the first questions I’d consider is what can sustain the story beyond the novel’s main arc. Have you thought about what the central engine of the series would be across multiple episodes or seasons?
