We are all familiar with Fandom. I even read fanfics, fan comics, and look at some fan art. But what are the odds that some acts of Fandom could become part of the franchise and such? Would the creator get some compensation for the work joining the Canon?

I am not creating any sci fi or fantasy at this time. However, I have written hundreds of songs, many of which would fit perfectly well in character driven sci fi and fantasy films.
Plus, anyone else a fan of the sci fi film Hunter Prey (2010) that is totally character driven.
