The Stage 32 Videos: Tarot

The Chariot is an archetype of tension, duality, drive, and focused motion — and I found these visual themes echoed in the way Drive frames, lights, and moves its protagonist. Framing, lighting, and rhythm all contribute to building an internal myth. I'm curious to hear your thoughts: Do you feel the visual storytelling aligns with the symbolic meaning of The Chariot?

This is Part 3 of my short-form video series (59 sec each), where I explore how film can reflect the deeper structures of archetypal symbolism. This time, I focus entirely on The Shining, and how the entire visual and narrative arc can be read as a hidden embodiment of The High Priestess — an archetype of silence, intuition, and concealed knowledge. The music comes from my original album based on the 22 Major Arcana. Each track was composed to capture the emotional essence of a Tarot archetype — in this case, mystery and stillness.
