The script of Guardiana del Vino Eterno is rooted in magical realism, where the characters include the winery, the wine itself, the tannins, and the oak, among others. The scene “Los Taninos” portrays the moment when these magical beings—tannins—infuse the wine during its formation, shaping its character and essence. They are slightly dark yet playful figures, reminiscent of jesters, bringing both mystery and humor to the transformation process.
