About James

I’m a multiple award-winning screenwriter with four completed feature screenplays and numerous produced short films. My work blends emotionally grounded storytelling with bold, genre-spanning narratives—from psychological thrillers and dark drama to comedy and animated adventure. I’ve written, produced, and directed short films that have screened at festivals, and I bring over 10 years of screenwriting experience—including stints as a screenwriting instructor and former WGA screenwriter in Hollywood. I write about flawed, forgotten characters and give them one last shot at redemption, grace, or unexpected laughter. Passionate, collaborative, and reliable, I bring both creative depth and practical professionalism to every project I take on.
