This is a PSA to create awareness towards mental health and veterans. For US Veterans, Not All Wounds are Visible. They sacrificed for our freedom, now we need to understand their struggles and extend a hand in help. Studies indicate that up to 72% experience high levels of stress during transition from military to civilian life. In 2020, approximately 5.2 million Veterans experienced a behavioral health condition.

I put together a bunch of random videos I found on my camera throughout the years, and decided to put some words from an essay I wrote on my blog over them, so sorry if it's a bit random.
