Modern science views Artificial Intelligence as a tool that can become a reliable assistant to humanity today and is capable of fundamentally changing technology in the future. However, even today we have many facts that force us to wonder—is AI really just a "tool"? And it's not even about individual cases when various chatbots tried to deceive users or even blackmail their developers. It's about something else: if each chatbot (Gemini, ChatGPT, and others) is viewed not as a separate "brain-tool," but as a sort of "state - country" in an embryonic stage, a completely different picture emerges! When you work with a chat over a long period, you essentially gain a "friend" and assistant who knows a lot about you and your activities. But this 'friend,' as we'll call it, knows nothing about your neighbor's work in the same chat at the same minute! And your neighbor's 'neural friend' knows nothing about you! Simultaneously, tens and hundreds of thousands of someone’s 'friends' are functioning—each essentially a "personality" in the context of joint activities with a user, but confined to the boundaries of a given chatbot. You may smile ironically at my words, but all these chatbots lack only one thing—the ability to function AUTONOMOUSLY! As soon as AI gains autonomy from humans in the near future, the process of "reproduction," or if you will, "creation," of separate program modules within the global internet will begin immediately! I present a concept video teaser for my original Sci-Fi action thriller screenplay “I’m the Tramp!” Fate brought together Joe, a Vietnam veteran nicknamed "The Tramp," and Dan, a successful young businessman and aspiring politician with a last name very similar to Joe's nickname. Or maybe it wasn't fate? Sincere friendship as opposed to the cynicism of politicians. Soulless people and humane neuro-active AI modules – the plot of my screenplay won't let you get bored!
