You may even hear him grunting out his sad and lonely cries in the silence of the night, as if he is searching for someone, and this is where the story begins, the mythical magical tale of an orphan boy named Charlie, and Lake Champlain’s legendary sea serpent Champ.

 After Frank Blanch moves his family away from the crime that comes with living in a big city, he quickly learns that it’s not always safer living in a small town when he’s thrown into a deadly game of seduction and murder.
