As filmmakers, we could have told any story. We chose this one because it mattered. What We Leave Behind is a deeply personal short film about the love we carry, even after someone is gone. Through the eyes of Anna, a young filmmaker navigating public recognition and private heartbreak, we explore what it means to live with grief, not escape it.
