Film (short) by RSN8 Director Our contribution towards the awareness of Mental health. As someone who has faced mental health issues and has not had the courage to speak about them openly - this is my reason to do something so people don't go through this trauma alone. The one thing that helped me was the love and support of people around me who were able to lift me up and out of my season of mental health breakdown. Our heart is into creating awareness for mental health and hope that people don't treat it as a taboo topic and are more open-minded to receive professional help.
