  • Out of Balance

Out of Balance Budget: $10M - $30M | Period Piece Thriller / Suspense Out of BalanceOur planet, stewardship is missing, symbiotic relationships missing. This movie will cast the essence of the deeper problems which cause the planet distresses. For 30 years keeping tabs on environmental issues, I've built a consensus of proportions undreamed of. The natural systems we live with have all been altered, we are talking about life systems Air, Water, Gas, the Atmosphere, Oceans, seas, Gulfs have implications that if not corrected will fail. An example of this 2017, hypoxic zones 340, 2025 hypoxic zones 477. There is a way in my assessment to "Balance," these systems with a plan. Green the Sahara Desert west to east nearly all of the desert with a yearly freshwater melt cycle from Greenland. How that will be done has been worked out and is vital to a future for humanity to stabilize naturally the atmosphere CO2 uptake. This plan will also impact the AMOC Atlantic meridial oscillating current which flows around the world in a 100-year cycle is now slowing the past 6 years with unknown implications to weather. We create a new breadbasket adding 3+ million square miles of arable land. I call this plan Green Sahara Project.
