The Crisis & Vision:
In 2035, climate scientist Dr. Elias Nkosi (a disillusioned hydrologist) proposes an audacious plan: redirect Greenland’s yearly meltwater (280 trillion tons) to the Sahara via a 4-foot-diameter pipeline, filling Mauritania’s conjoined aquifers (requiring 200 billion barrels to fill all the Northwest aquifers) The aquifer systems are conjoined needing only one pipeline.
Lena Jørgensen, a Greenlandic glaciologist, warns that unchecked meltwater is accelerating sea-level rise, and causing the AMOC to slow, making the project a global imperative.
The Build:
Engineer Idris Al-Mansoori designs cofferdams to capture meltwater, tethered to the pipeline spanning thousands of miles. Sophia "Sof" Moretti, a fiery pipeline expert, battles sandstorms and corporate cost-cutting.
General Kwame Beko secures the project from warlords and eco-terrorists, while negotiator Rania Al-Fadil brokers deal with skeptical governments.
The Flood & Betrayal:
The team activates the system, but a saboteur (linked to oil interests) breaches a cofferdam, risking catastrophic flooding.
Elias and Lena recalibrate the flow to prevent disaster, while Sof and Idris jury-rig repairs under fire.
The Green Dawn:
Months later, the first plants sprout near Nouakchott. The overflow process ensures sustainability for future melt seasons.
Post-credits hint at a shadowy consortium eyeing Antarctica for "Phase Two."
Humanity vs. Nature: Balancing intervention to create balance points and positive consequences.
Unity vs. Exploitation: Global cooperation clashes with corporate greed.
Redemption: Elias overcomes past failures; Lena reconciles with her melting homeland knowledge of severe implications.
Visual Spectacle:
Awe-inspiring shots of the pipeline snaking across ocean.
The surreal sight of glacial water flooding desert aquifer systems.
The first rain over the Sahara in centuries are now normal.
Positive progress for mankind is celebrated as a wonder of the world.

You have two loglines. One in the logline area and one in the synopsis area. I suggest taking the logline out of the synopsis area.
I like parts from both loglines. I suggest combining them. Something like: A team of scientists, engineers, and visionaries races against time to transform the Sahara Desert into a fertile oasis by channeling Greenland’s meltwater through a colossal pipeline system—but political sabotage, human greed, and nature’s unpredictability threaten to derail humanity’s last hope for a sustainable future.
I think you did a great job summing up the story and showing the obstacles that the team has to overcome in the synopsis. Add a period after “(requiring 200 billion barrels to fill all the Northwest aquifers)”

Love the story. I would remove 'diverse,' 'audacious,' and end the 1st sentence after "Greenland.' You could also clean up the second sentence with; Politics and natures unpredictability threaten to...
