A little film about the Last Clarion House in Newchurch, Pendle, Lancashire. The last bastion of Robert Blatchford's Clarion Movement and well attended by the Clarion Cycling Clubs from all over the area. Built by the ILPer's (Independent Labour Party) from Vernon Street, Nelson in 1912, the socialist intitute building still stands there now called Unity Hall and owned by Nelson Town Council.

Hugh Janus of the hugh janus party bathes in the light of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, soon to be the established Church of the UK, after the Church of England is disestablished. The Royal family is to be deposed along with the police force, the police to be made up of 600,000 volunteer officers.
