This doc was such a joy to shoot—Fly High follows the passion and grit behind the world of disc dog competitions. I filmed it solo, across multiple states, which meant staying flexible, intuitive, and always ready to adapt on the move. It’s an earlier piece—not as polished as Atlas Falling—but it taught me a lot about storytelling, timing, and observing without interrupting. A real lesson in trust and instinct.
