REAL follows Lauren, a lesbian deaf woman who has struggled to find love all through her adult life. Despite going through the typical roller coaster of falling in and out of love, she finds her struggles amplified by being deaf in a hearing-dominated world. Through it all, she finds herself through perseverance, heart, and determination. A dramatic, fourth-wall-breaking comedy about the exploration of love, and the lengths we go to find it.
