I'm Bill "McSciFi" McCormick. I'm an award-winning, critically acclaimed science fiction writer living in Chicago. One of my books is being developed for film. At least they're trying. Apparently, writing a trilogy with no human characters causes budget issues. Otherwise, I'm happily married, love hot sauces, and enjoy teaching Sunday school.
Feel free to say hi.

What's your plans for the summer, Bill McCormick?

Maurice Vaughan, sadly, nothing fun. I have a few surgeries scheduled and am trying to catch up on my writing.

A sci-fi trilogy with zero humans? That’s not writing... that’s intergalactic rebellion!
Somewhere, a producer just fainted doing the math.
Can’t wait to see how epic (and expensive) this turns out. Respect, Commander Bill McCormick !

Kaye Sereneveil, yeah, you get the idea. If you click the first link, you can get a better look at this and a free PDF copy of Book 1. If you click the second, you can see renderings of the chimeras that inherit the Earth.

Hi, Bill McCormick! Great to meet you! My own sci-fi pentology is also said to be crazy expensive, if all else fails I might well do a puppet show lol

Thanks for sharing these ,it’s fascinating! I’ve downloaded the PDF and am excited to dive into The Brittle Riders. The chimera renderings are stunning and eerie. They really bring the post-human world to life. I’ll share my thoughts once I’ve read more.
Loving the originality of the concept already. A trilogy with no humans? That’s bold, bizarre, and completely my kind of sci-fi.
Do they bite?

Kaye Sereneveil they don't just bite, they kill. I'll share a comment I got from Garrick Dion, the producer, who said, "The good news is you've created something unique and powerful. The bad news is you've created something unique and powerful."

Bill McCormick it is just my Linktree with my links. I just pressed it and it didn’t have an issue on my end.

Sylvia Jacobs Linktree sets off multiple malware programs unless it's your Linktree. I'll bypass it. And I am now stalking you legally on a few pages.

Bill-Love this stuff!!!""The good news is you've created something unique and powerful. The bad news is you've created something unique and powerful."
Like I get...original, unique voice, powerful...pass.
Means they have no money and can't get any money.
But netflix will throw money at the same plots and same dialogue and expressions, over and over.
"Be careful" "Look' "Hug me and ignore all my dirty looks that you somehow never notice." "The bomb will always explode in 20 seconds, but you and I know it will be turned off at the last second." "Amazing! That 100 pound woman beat up a 250 pound linebacker!' "He's for sure dead-see all those fatal wounds? No worries, there will always be a miraculous revival at the last minute!'
Jon Shallit that sums things up nicely.

Those writers in 'the club" get away with nonsense. I'd love you to read one of mine. Asked for an add.
