About Douglas

Douglas Esper is an Actor/Author/Musician from Cleveland, Ohio. He co-starred in the found footage, horror film, Dwellers, (Ellefson Films). He also appears as the head villain in the coming of age adventure feature, The Other Side of Darkness by Saturn Films.

Douglas was the touring percussionist for Chuck Mosley (faith no more, bad brains, Indoria) until Chuck passed away in 2017. They recorded an album with producer Matt Wallace (Maroon 5, Deftones, Spin Doctors, The Replacements), which is set for release in 2021. A live album was released in September of 2020 as a featured release on Record Store Day.

Douglas Esper has over a dozen fiction publishing credits and dozens of nonfiction works. His most recent release was Reintroducing Chuck Mosley: Life On and Off the Road (scoutmedia 2019). He co-wrote a biography book about Christian ‘Opus’ Lawrence, a drummer who plays for members of Megadeth, Anthrax, Guns N’ Roses, Dead By Wednesday and more, which was published by ScoutMedia 2023.
