I dunno about anyone else, but rediscovering the Harry Potter movies has been a real blast, and I genuinely, unironically enjoy and appreciate them more as an adult than when they first came out when I was a preteen/teenager lol.
You get a real feel for the love and respect they have for the audience, the foreshadowing hits especially nice, but perhaps most of all... if you're like me, you can kind of feel JK Rowling silently encouraging you to go for your dreams even if it's all too much... right after you've spent as much time at home in Hogwarts as you need.
Truly remarkable. I'm so glad the series exists.

Like Laura, I usually watch a couple around the holidays each year. They have that holiday vibe to them. I'm interested to see the series and how they expand the details to show us more of the world this time around. Think the cast looks great for the series too. Just hope they have creative freedom to do new things and vary the story up slightly / explore stuff not in the OG movies
