In this week's "Coffee & Content' RB talks about You Tube as a potentially effective marketing tool. I know some of you already use it. I've thought about and this makes me more likely to give it a try. Read his blog post here https://www.stage32.com/blog/coffee-content-action-insight-audience-what...

I do have a YT channel Alexandra Stevens though I poat infrequently. Some virtual auditions have me send a link via YT (private) so that's why I started it. I posted a lot of videos via IGTV when it was a thing. This is a reminder that I need to do what I was doing on IGTV but post it to YT. Life has kind of gotten in the way with working fulltime and being in a relationship but now neither of those things are the case, so I need to get back to it. I just need to be inspired. Working security gave me ready made material haha.

I like YouTube as a showcase for actors and actresses that may need more exposure because it's free. Any talented performer whether they have crew friends or a good phone can make a video to show off their gifts. Keep politics out of it and try and build a fan base that would like to see you in plays or films. Show your range and then post the link where you can where you won't be penalized for promoting yourself.

Suzanne Bronson ooh i'm curious now. Gonna take a look at your You Tube channel. And as for working security, that's a brave choice. Curious to hear how decided not to continue and yes, I can imagine you have lots of entertaining tales to tell about it.

Philip David Lee thanks for your thoughts. Yes, you are reinforcing the idea that I really should get on it.
