Hey! I’m Alexandra—therapist, creative coach, and actor—originally from London and now living in Lisbon, where I moved on a leap of faith with two young kids to rebuild my life around joy, art, and purpose.

I believe we’re here to live fully, not just dream from the sidelines—and that same spirit fuels my work. I help actors, artists, and creatives reconnect with their power, heal old narratives, and create from a place of truth, freedom, and divine alignment.

After a life-altering experience with grief , I returned to acting training after 30 years—and felt more alive than I had in decades. Though I’ve paused my own performance work while parenting two little ones, I’ve found deep fulfillment in helping others break through creative blocks, visibility fears, and money wounds to build thriving, soul-led careers.

With 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I now blend trauma-informed insight with somatic and mindset work to support creatives on both the inner and outer journey. I’m especially passionate about reshaping the narrative that artists must struggle to be real—I believe in abundance, emotional integrity, and telling stories that matter.

I'm also excited about the shifts happening in indie film—where new voices and visionary work are finally being valued—and I want to be part of helping actors and filmmakers create meaningful work without waiting for permission from the old system.
