When your parents fall in love while working for the same theatre company, the performing arts are more than a craft. They're a part of you. I've been around theatre and music my whole life, so when I discovered the craft of film scoring my first year of college, it fit me like a glove.
In the years since, I've had the privilege of learning from composers like Charlie Brissette (Jimmy Neutron) and David Levy, as well as my experiences working creating music for live theatre, film, and TV. In the 20 + years since I've discovered the craft of composing music for film, I've worked as artistic the Artistic Director/Composer for Arts for Growth's youth performing arts programs, as a composer for the Hope Channel, and as a freelance composer for publishers that provide music for clients like NBC, CBS and Fox Sports.
I hope to play my part in helping to bring your next project to life!
Gratefully,
Kepa Freeman.
