About Alexander

As a screenwriter, Alex attempts to tackle difficult subjects relating to politics, public policy, and economics. Alex’s stories use ambitious backdrops, tales from roman and greek antiquity, and alternative societal paradigms to put on display the true nature of man and the human condition. Currently, Alex is developing a saga on the colonization of Mars, that consists of 4 feature films. Alex was born and raised in Milford, MA. He began his college career at The University of Tampa, as a Film and Media Arts Major, and knew early on that film was his calling. In his Freshman year, with 7 of his friends, Alex revived The Film Society at The University of Tampa. As President Alex grew the society from 8 to 32 members and launched its first student film festival. While in Tampa Alex landed his first job on a film set as a production assistant on Sunlight Jr. (2012), before transferring to the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. There, Alex was nominated for the Roif Award (2015) for his feature-length screenplay, Ride-A-long. In 2015 Alex graduated from UMASS with a degree in Communications and a certificate in Film Studies. An avid fan of Pixar at an early age, Alex not only gravitated toward Pixar's style of storytelling but its technology. Pixar's Render Man software fascinated Alex and is the impetus behind Alex's love of story and technology. Year's in the future this duality helped him land an internship and later a job at Bose Corporation. Since Bose, Alex has set out on his own, working as a Digital Marketing Consultant with technology companies, start-ups, and non-profit organizations on campaign development and content initiatives. Alex still uses screenwriting, and film production techniques on every marketing video he produces.
