Ally Bailey, 17, is a fiercely talented singer songwriter and the leader of her all-girl band, the Non-Objects. At school everyone’s a little bit afraid of her. Ally has a real chip on her shoulder about proving herself to her one-hit-wonder father, Zach.

Zach Bailey, 42, Ally’s unreliable dad. He’s a charming one-hit-wonder musician whose comeback obsession has left his marriage & relationship with Ally in ruins.

Pilot Episode - Ally Bailey is a fierce teenage singer songwriter with a real chip on her shoulder about proving herself to her self-involved, one-hit-wonder, father, Zach, whose comeback obsession has left his marriage & relationship with Ally in ruins. When Ally leads her band to ditch school & crash a major audition in a very murdery part of the city, Zach finds her in time to discover she’s got the talent to go further than he ever could, but she’s going to need his guidance to get there. Ally loves her Dad, but she's done listening and determined to find her own way.

Watch-Out World is set primarily in the Firehouse Coffee Cafe', (owned & run by Ally and her Mom) which has a small music stage where Ally and the Non-Objects will develop new music derived from each episode's storyline. As the Non-Objects continue to take risks, break the rules to find their audience.

Why Now - Watch-Out World is a show about the excitement & fear inspired by fighting for your dreams, chasing love, and creating your place in the world. It’s about first experiences and 2nd chances.

Why Me - I learned a lot about the determination and commitment it takes to follow a musical dream during my 10 years by the side of an emerging pop-singer in Minneapolis as she fought for every opportunity to shine.

I've been lucky to study with Blake Snyder, Jen Grisanti, Jessica Bendinger, and now the wonderful Holiday RomCom Writer, Carley Smale.

I’m on the verge of earning my first “Produced Writer” credit with MERRILY ALL THE WAY, an elevated Holiday Rom-Com which is in pre-production with Kristen Lucas and Jim Langlois of Collab Content Entertainment for a Winter 2025 shoot.

Growing-up just outside of Philadelphia, I needed my wild imagination to create fun & mayhem. It got me into a lot of trouble though, like that time, when I was 10 and I stole my parents' car to take my little sister for ice-cream. (we made it as far as the neighbor’s front yard); or when I launched myself down a steep, busy street in the plywood go-cart I'd built with no brakes; or, after setting out on my own at 17, my two summers as an amateur stock car driver.

I became the Lead Graphic Designer for several wonderful feature films including two Academy Award Winners. I fell in love with storytelling, started screenwriting, won Top Ten and Cinestory and lunch with Christopher McQuarrie. Won 2nd Place and Top Five Best Screenplay at ScreamfestLA, and became an Amazon Studios Best Screenplay Competition Semi-Finalist. Was short-listed in both the NBC and ABC TV Writers Showcases.
