Jose Carlos Gutierrez M

Jose Carlos Gutierrez M is an illustrator and comics artist. His work for young readers has been published in Mexico, Kenya, Cambodia, and the US. He is passionate about sketching outdoors and drawing portraits. His first animated short has been recognized in film festivals worldwide (the awards section of this bio will be updated soon). He leads a non-profit organization, Comix35 Next Ge, training others in comics creation, producing printed and online visual storytelling content with Christian values. He lives in Mexico City with his wife and 2 kids.
