Karen Morgan

Most people call me Kamie but in professional circles, I'm known as Karen - please don't judge me! I promise I'm actually a well-rounded, balanced, fun individual to be around! : )

The foundations of my career began as a Broadcaster and Reporter for BBC and ITV UK. Over the past 3 years, I have adapted my career working as a P/T Lecturer which has enabled time for me to transfer my skills into screen-writing - mostly content inspired by news stories I have covered as well as crazy life encounters.

A small team of creatives and I set up Trailblazer7 Productions 2 years ago to produce factual content and TV drama. It's been a long road but we are now, (with much nail-biting) exceedingly excited as we are now in the throws of preparing to pitch content in the UK and US at the end of 2021.

We would love to connect with fellow screenwriters, producers, and script agents to grow our network, partner, and share knowledge and ideas with. Of course, we're also always happy to hear from graduates who are seeking work experience as I was blessed to have received much support during the start of my career.
