As a young filmmaker, Ramy Raphael looks for stories that allow for the exploration of our humanity and inner experiences. The characters of Raphael's films are cathartic, real, tragic and imperfect. A great deal of what makes Raphael's style of cinematography and cinematic narrative photography unique is his signature use of earthy tones which allows depth and better permeation of emotions through the screen. Raphael is currently based in Ottawa, Canada.
