My first Catrin Collier novel, "Hearts of Gold" filmed as a TV mini series by BBC Worldwide attracted an audience of 6.8 million on UK TV.
TY CATRIN, an Education Centre in Pontypridd named for Catrin Collier, opened in 2003. My alter ego Katherine John's crime book, "By Any Name" was filmed by Tanabi in Wales for Amazon Prime, starring Cengiz Dervis, Samira Mohammed Ali and Dan Richardson.
At present working on a romantic Second World War novel, "For Elise" based on the true story of a British girl recruited to work in the British Embassy in Berlin in 1938, and "attract the adjutants of high ranking Nazi generals" in the hope of eliciting information of use to the allies. The problem was, she fell in love with her target - and he with her.. My first novel set in East Prussia - One Last Summer, was a bestseller in the UK and sold in several countries in translation, including Hungary, Poland, Germany, Greece etc.
