About Noelle

Noelle Kerr was born in Kingston, Jamaica to her Scottish Poppa Bobb & her Jamaican Mum PK. Both parents were actors and she was born into the world of theatre, making her grand entrance in the final scene of the play “Goody” at age 7.

She’s played opposite both the late great Charles Hyatt and beloved Jamaican comedian, Oliver Samuels. She later became a presenter for Air Jamaica’s Award Winning in-flight magazine show, “Island Stylee”, both as a main and feature host. She also appeared as the host for a pilot feature on BET as well as hosting a feature on the famous Air Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival.

She had a series of successful ventures, including being a member of the National Cast for Jamaica's staging of Eve Ensler's Tony Award winning play "The Vagina Monologues" between 2006 & 2012, performed for 'V-Day'; an international movement protesting violence against women. She was also seen in the critically acclaimed 'After Mrs. Rochester" directed by Brian Heap.

She won the Actor Boy Award [Jamaican chapter of the International Theatre Institute (ITI)] in 2011 for Best Supporting Actress in "White Witch" and played Shun in Tarrell Alvin McCraney's "In The Red & Brown Water" which won the Actor Boy Award for Best Tragedy.

She is currently a highly sought after voice over artist, a talent she discovered during her time as a host of “Island Stylee” and other TV shows, and can be seen on the small and large screen, whether it’s the popular “Ity & Fancy Cat” comedy sketch show, the short film “Masterminds” or the feature film “Destiny”.

She now splits her time between acting and producing commercials and music videos and working on personal projects when time allows.
