​A native of Brooklyn, NY, where he attended the same high school as playwright Arthur Miller (though not the same year), Jeff is known for comedic roles and has appeared in national and regional TV Commercials for Brother Printers, Sabates Eye Centers (which was just renewed for broadcast for a third year in a row) and Comcast Sportsnet. He also appeared in the Smithsonian Channel docudrama, "The Hunt for the Double Eagle."

Jeff also has done extensive theatre work, having appeared in Philadelphia area productions of Little Shop of Horrors; Almost, Maine, Lost in Yonkers ; and two runs of Lafferty's Wake.

He has studied at HB Studio in NYC with actor Austin Pendleton, where he served as one of his key students (assistants) as well as studying with actors Victor Cruz, Jessica Hecht and Theresa McElwee. ("You're one of those actors who can use whatever is happening to them and pour it right into the play.My favorite kind of actor" - Austin Pendleton, actor, director, playwright). He has also studied with Linda Gardner and Annette Kaplafka.

​He was also one of the original members of Actors' Think Tank (ATT), which was formed at the start of the pandemic by actors from NYC to Atlanta to Maryand to Florida.

He also recently put out his first podcast, a fiction storytelling podcast, which he writes and narrates, called "Grim Tales From the Job Forest" The podcast tales focus on the "dark side" of the job market.
