About Francesca

I've been a multimedia artist my entire life, a union actor and award-winning filmmaker but have been on a hiatus of sorts from making films other than some cool trans-media sites () and performing my new solo show (). I lost my downtown production company due to 9/11 and got hit with some serious PTSD that threw me for a loop.

I'm only now thinking about reviving my acting career and thought this would be a great way to meet other filmmakers who may need a union actress with some heavy duty chops. I'm equally adept at comedy and drama, sort of Melissa Leo meets Melissa McCarthy. My roots are Cassavetes, but, I'm oddly comfortable with broad sketch comedy as well. I play late 40's - 50's and had a 20 year career in voice-overs so I'm great with accents and character.
