And on That Day is the story of Robert. A hard-working man who spent 30 years in a job that he realized (way too late) he hated but just never took any action. He was always taken for granted by his peers and supervisors. On his last day before his retirement, Robert decides he's had enough and lets everyone in the office know how he really feels. You can only find happiness through honest communication with yourself and others.
