Director/DP The majority of migrant workers in the construction industry of India are women. Their children accompany them and as a common practice are left to play and fend for themselves in the dirt and danger inherent on these sites. These children, if they survive the often serious and sometimes deadly accidents, have no future.
Or rather, had no future until one man believing this to be wrong, did something about it. He also believed that integrity, accepting responsibility and working to a moral code should apply to every aspect of his business.
And proved it is good business.
