About Nevena
A designer by education, an art-director by profession and a writer by heart I have worked as a creative in advertising since 1989.
Freelance brand consulting for the past ten years (with my wonderful husband – a marketer and designer and a most talented director) , while rearing the best project so far – my two children, gave me a chance to pursue my interest in screenwriting. I self-educated, devouring the best from Ari to Egri, through Robert McKey and Syd Field, I've and completed a couple of online courses and masterclasses. I have finished a feature script – Cavalleria Rusticana or Rustic Pride, a small-scope sports comedy genre film; and a TV series pilot script and Bible for The Last Thunder Priestess – an epic historical adventure drama, which is an adaptation of the books by my Norwegian friend Maria Kvilhaug.
