About Shelby

Originally from Louisia, I have been a professional actor for over 25 years. I have done VO, stage, television, radio commercials, books on tape as well as directed and served as an acting coach for several youth and adult actors in the Columbus, Ohio and Cleveland area. I hold a BA in Performing Arts and Education from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. When it comes to theatre there is not much I haven't done, being behind the scenes or on the stage. I have an avid love for theatre. My most rewarding role was bringing the character of Aunt Esther to life from the play "Gem Of the Ocean" by August Wilson. I have also had the distinguished honor to perform at August Wilson's Birthday Bash summer of 2017, which is held annually in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
