About Ryan

Ryan Thomas Johnson is a composer/musician in LA. Spending years as a rock musician, notably with his band Uberband, he has toured four different countries, recorded a handful of albums, and lost his drummer in Berlin. Recently he has found himself working as a music director for theater and other live events such as the HitRECord Fall Formal at the Orpheum Theater with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Forbidden Zone: Live in the 6th Dimension at Sacred Fools, and Stoneface at Sacred Fools starring French Stewart. He has done a bit of scoring. He was hired by Comedy Central to provide music for some online content for Burger King. He provided a musical score for "The Venus de Milo Murders" an audio book that he also narrated and produced. Speaking of narration, Ryan has become a prolific voice over artist in recent years. He is a regular promo voice for Pandora Radio. Other clients include Budweiser, Grainger Tools, Tagg the Pet Tracker, Kangaroo Express, and others.
