I shot and edited my first 30 second commercial on 16mm film for a local bank when I was just a kid in 1980. From there I began building our production company, and have written, directed and produced successful short and long form commercials for broadcast, and non-broadcast applications.
Although I haven't entered any awards competitions for the past few years, (how many awards does one need?) to date I have received eleven Telly awards for writing, directing, lighting, and editing. As the founder of Waterman Digital Media, I enjoy and am experienced in all aspects of production, and have worn many hats. In addition to working with my own crew, I have also worked with other production companies from both coasts in a variety of capacities. I have taught several "grip" classes, to help others get a start in the business as well.
Unique traits: Versatility.
