- Participated in a mass contemporary dance performance at the globally televised opening of the “London 2012 Paralympic Games” with people of diverse abilities and backgrounds, maintaining unconditional positive inclusion of all dancer groups
- Choreographed and performed a dance ritual fuelled with intention, designed to help reintegrate soul aspects, lost during trauma, for The Meditation Trust
- Rehearsed and performed with Leona Lewis at The Royal Albert Hall, working with a team of vibrant youth and adult members of the Hackney Community Choir
- Completion of four challenging 10-day silent meditation courses based on the Vipassana technique
- Kith & Kids Charity: Assisted workshop leaders in delivering learning programmes as part of their week-long Spring and Christmas Projects, for families with children who have learning difficulties such as autism.
- SKLPC: Organised debate evenings for groups from a 40,000-strong community membership; aimed at helping raise health awareness and discuss lifestyle choices around wellbeing
- A solo holiday in India: Dedicated two weeks of my holiday time, teaching conversational English to school children in a remote village in Gujarat
- Vipassana Trust: Volunteered to help facilitate a children’s meditation course. Children aged 8-18 were taught a basic meditation technique across two residential days to empower them to be mindful and compassionate
- SKLPC: Coordinated workshops for children to learn Bollywood, Garba and Bhangra dance sequences at community functions.
- Personal Interest: Facilitated and participated in “The Vein of Gold” 16-week Process, for reframing unhelpful beliefs and life memories, designed to help people identify their true essence as an artistic being
- Personal Interest: Assisting adults and children in making costumes and dancing in the “Dalston Dance Nations” carnival event, enhancing community morale through creative play
