Cesar Raphael (January 23, 1986) is an award winning brazilian film director, writer and producer as well as the co-founder and president of the multinational group Lumiart.
Cesar grabbed the attention of international filmmakers and press with his short film "Piece of Paper". He was awarded 14 times in film festivals around the world, including best short film at the Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival 2011.
Cesar was also nominated by FORBES Brazil as one of the 30 most prominent people under 30 in the country in 2014.
Originally from Belo Horizonte, in the South East region of Brazil, he now lives in Los Angeles, where a branch of his company Lumiart LLC was incorporated to produce his first feature film.
