Maria Abdel Karim, born in Lebanon (1990) and Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Film-Making from Notre Dame University in Lebanon (2012) Her First short film is the musical "A Tempo the 3rd Act" (2012) that won 2 international Awards "Best Sound in Sapporo Film Festival" and "Best Arab Film in the European Independent Film Festival ECU Paris". It got selected in more than 10 International Film Festivals. She Then CO-directed the Award Winning Lebanese Feature film "Waynoun" "VOID" that has won various awards all over the world in Script, Acting, Music Composing,Directing and was the Official Lebanese Submission to the Academy Awards in 2016. Maria moved currently to the United Kingdom and is doing her Masters in FILM DIRECTING at Bournemouth University (2017-2018) and has various projects in Production.
