A P.A. is the lowest position now matter which Dept. they work in, so that means it’s the most expendable. If a Set P.A. is acting up, if an Office P.A. is bringing down the whole cast and crew or distracting them somehow, or interrupting the process, I have no problem firing any P.A.....
