About Greg

I started making claymation shorts when I was 11. I used my family's VHS camcorder which, despite its limited capabilities, sparked my interest in making videos. I became more interested in moviemaking in general during my high school and early college years, but I've recently gotten back into various forms of hand-crafted and digital animation. I am a visual artist and visual storyteller, so I'm mainly focused on cinematography and visual effects. Currently, I work at Fusionfarm in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and I'm part of the retail advertising team. After I graduate from The University of Iowa with a B.A. in Cinema, I would like to start doing freelance projects and eventually work for a visual effects/animation studio (e.g. Laika).
