I write film, sitcom, non-fiction, poetry and lyrical literary expressions; and am a script doctor. I enjoy working in the various industries, however, I’m quite grounded and prefer not to be part of the scene. Being a visual artist, I am fortunate that I can see what I write. Add art and music lover to the things that make me happy. I’m excited about my new projects, inspiring others and believe in hope and life for the future. ✍️
Unique traits: I am everybody's confidant on and off the set or stage. I genuinely care about the people I work with and am creatively in the moment. I have an out-of-the-box mentality and sharp wit - - because you gotta laugh people!! I work passionately for the greater good of the project I feel passionate about, making the script/story jump out at you, or/and making the cast look authentic and beautiful, giving it all creatively, with some notes to be sure, because I’m a perfectionist. Hence, I'm a visual artist and thinker, co-producer, screenwriter and script doctor, always doing research and taking notes. In my twenties I was in college to become an actress, was professionally trained in the theatre, with no stones unturned by learning voice diction, dance, clowning, along with private classes with one of of the great acting LA coaches. I was featured in several motion pictures, music videos and modelling campaigns. Within the last several years I was given the opportunity to be the primary costume designer in the theatrical productions, "Steel Magnolias," then called back to do an additional musical called, "Always Patsy Cline." I was nominated for both plays. I worked in development, wearing all hats, co-producing a short indie comedy called, "Girlfriend Lies". I’ve worked as a script-doctor, breathing life, focus and color into the scripts I have assisted my college English professor when she had cancer, edited books, written poetry and song lyrics. . I am currently working on a comedy sitcom, two historical screenplays, nonfiction book, and published poetry. I appreciate your taking the time to read this. Wishing you an abundance of blessings!
