I have written and copyrighted a novel that is set in Los Angeles and deals with a Hispanic notario with criminalistic practices who has perfected the art of swindling illegal immigrants out of their money by selling them legal services that do not exist that he warrants will remove them from their miserable plight. Into his world he draws attorneys willing to participate in the victimization and other sleazy individuals helpful in continuing the exploitation. When his usual modes of behavior fail in producing the compensation he needs to continue living his lifestyle he orchestrates one last criminal venture that draws in innocent as well as the knowing participants toward a tragic finale.
