Juliette Garrigues

Juliette spent seven years in the film industry as a composer of music in France. Among her contributions are the films Far Away (Loin) and Changing Times (Les temps qui changent), directed by André Téchiné. She won the Special Jury Prize for her original score for Far Away at the Festival International Musique et Cinéma in Auxerre, France. In 2004, she served as a jury member for the “Directors' Fortnight” at the Cannes Film Festival. Additionally, she is an alternate board member of SACEM in France.
Never forsaking music, her passion for film led her to study filmmaking at the New York Film Academy. She subsequently opened a production company and began producing her own films. Her documentary, Revealing Form (Avec la terre), premiered at the Doc Film Corner of the 2016 Cannes Film Festival.
For the feature film Smile, You’re on Camera!, she was a finalist at the 2015 Creative World Awards. Additionally, she earned top finalist status at the 2015 Mexico International Film Festival and made the “Hot 100 List” at the Capital Fund Screenplay Competition in 2017. In 2019, after making some revisions to the script, she was again recognized as a finalist at the Las Vegas Screenplay Contest.
For the one-hour drama pilot The Exchange, she was a finalist at the Las Vegas Screenplay Contest. Additionally, it was a winning screenplay at the First 10 Pages Screenplay Contest and made the “Hot 100 List” at the Capital Fund Screenplay Competition in 2017. In 2019, after revising the script, the episode secured second place at the Las Vegas Screenplay Contest.
For the one-hour dark comedy pilot Who Are You, Victor Goddard?, she was a finalist at the Las Vegas Screenplay Contest and made the “Hot 100 List” at the Capital Fund Screenplay Competition in 2017.
For the animated screenplay Beauty, the Cat, she won the First 10 Pages competition in 2020 and received rankings in both the SWN and the Page Turner competitions.
She has also written a screenplay titled Etienne Flores and created an animated series based on the world of ants called Zoé, la fabuleuse petite fourmi (Zoé, the Fabulous Little Ant). Additionally, she is currently working on a series for teenagers titled Louise, ou la clef des rêves (Louise, or Key of Dreams).
