In celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Route 66, artCentral (a non-profit art organization in Carthage, Missouri) is presenting a national exhibit featuring works inspired by America's most iconic highway. As a seven-time cross-country traveler, I have a tremendous affection for Route 66 and the bits and pieces of its past that still survive.
