About JJ
I am a filmmaker and digital art generalist from Peoria, Arizona. Graduating in 2010 from Arizona State University, I received 2 degrees, a BA in Film and Media Production, and a BFA in Intermedia, specializing in 3D Animation. As a digital art generalist, I have a broad understanding of the animation and the film production process. This allows me creative flexibility when solving visual and technical problems. As a director, I work with clients, artists, actors, and crew to seek out and create the best product for the brand. In addition to directing music videos, commercials, and short films, I enjoy dabbling in game development. I currently work as a director, digital art generalist, and video editor for Copper Post and True Story Films in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
