Jonny Pedersen

Born and raised in Norway, where I had my first photographic course back in 1978. My focus was on BW photography, and I started my first studio in 1983. I mainly worked with portraits and portfolios, but did also documentary and music photo. All my work was lost in a fire in 1992. After this I was continuing with portraits, and in 1998 I got my first video camera and started shooting videos. short movies, theater, rock bands, documentaries, I just got hooked on the moving images.
I always loved movies, and got caught by the fascination of telling stories with moving images. I have my focus on documentries, commercials and music videos. But my heart and passion is traveling and making documentaries. The tension by meeting new people, new places and new cultures makes me focused on giving the best of the possibility.
